THE VENEZUELAN QUESTION AGAIN.

London, December 12, Xu Venezuela there are complaints that tho treaty with respect to the boundary dispute contains no provision of sovereignty, and an agitation is being raised in consequence. Mr Richard Olnoy, Secretary of State for the United States, declines to modify the terms of tho treaty without British consent.
