To-day, at 2.30 o’clock, Messrs J. H. Bethune and Co. will soil by public auction at their rooms, Featuorston street, for the benefit of whom it may concern, tho iron barque Haleione, 870 tons groj3_ remitter, as she now lies stranded on the beach in Fitzroy Bay, one mile from Peocarrow Lighthouse. After which three ship’s boats will be disposed of; also the whole of the Halcione’acargo, and as this comprises a large assortment of general merchandise it should keen competition. The sale presents a splendid opportunity to anyone in search of a really good speculation.
