NEEDLEWORK GUILD.

The following outline of the Wellington Needlework Guild, which has been recently formed at the initiative of Lady Glasgow, will be read with general interest, and deserves the widest 1 00-operatioh. The president is the Countess of Glasgow, the secretary is Miss Hilda Williams, and the vice-presidents are—Newtown. Lady Atkingon ; Mount Cook, Miss Duncan i Te Are, Mrs Hohy i Terrace and Lambton quay, Mrs James Smith j Thorudon, Mis Swainson, ■ ■ ■

The .Guild is formed for the collection and distribution of clothing for the poor. .... 1, Each vice-president to have 13 associates—not necessarily in her own district.

2. Each associate, and yioe-president > to; supply at least two’garments in the year. 3.
