There was one of the largest shows of blankets seen for a long time at C. Smith’s, Cash Draper, Cuba street, last night, some hundreds of pairs being shown, and I question whether there wore not more blankets than any half dozen retail shops put together could show, and the prices ranged from 4s lid per pair, single beds, to 255, and 10s 6d, double beds, to 50s.
