FOOTBALL.
At a meeting of the delegates to the Wellington Football Association, Mr Henderson in the chair, it was decided that before a senior player may be transferred to a junior team the transfer must bo allowed by the Management Committee. The secretary was instructed to write to the Bnller Association in reference to a proposed tour in that district. It was decided that the secretary of the Association shall, at the end of the football season, forward to tho secretary of the Wellington Engby Union and the Wellington Cricket Association, and any other bodies which may hereafter desire to avail themselves of this provision, the names of all members of clubs posted as defaulters by the club secretaries, and tlatf tho Wellington Football Association, on receipt of similar lists from recipoeating bodies, shall debar members ,n----eluded in such lists from playing with any affiliated club or on any ground undir its control until the amount for whidi he has been posted has , been paid ; tte motion to be operative from tho end of th* present football season. It was decided that a recommendation be sent to tho Now Zealand Football Association to the effect that goal nets be used in tournament matches.
