The Colonial Produce Distribution Company will shortly issue .0300,000 of capital in 225,000 ordinary and 75,000 0 .per cent, cumulative shares, also 100,000 4J per cent, debentures. The producers will have a share in a largo proportion of the surplus profits, and will also bo represented on the Board. Mr Nelson will bo largely interested in the Company.
