Contents of four bedrooms, containing Handsome Duchesso pairs, and superior chest drawers, with beautifully inlaid front ; superior D.B. brass-mounted bedstead, spring mattress, commode, pretty miniature chest drawers, 3 sets very superior bedroom ware and washstaud. Dining-room and kitchen contain Dining tables, dinner service, tea service, chairs, sofa, book-shelf, copper boiler, &c., &c. Gorman cabinetmaker’s bench, fret saw by Barnes, bicycle in good order, and a lot of seasoned mottled kauri.
