UNITED HUNT CLUB. Excellent nominations were recived last night for tho United Hunt Club’s Annual Steeplechase Meeting, which will be held on the Hutt Park Racecourse on the loth July. It will be seen that His_ Excellency Lord Glasgow has nominated his brown mare The Ply lor the United Hunt Club fcteepleohaso Handicap, of three miles and a half. This is the first time that the name of Her Majesty’s representative has appeared in this capacity since Sir Hercules Robinson patronised the sport in New Zealand. Mr J. E. Henry will declare the handicaps on the 4th of July, and acceptances will close six days later.
