The British - delegates to .the Miners* Conference protested against the adoption of the scheme for reducing the output ofcoal as a grave fiscal blunder. They contended it would be impossible to secure united action throughout the world upon it. The French delegates urged that the supply exceeded the demand by 40,000,000 tons. The discussion is still going on. Received June 7, 1 a,m. , Paris, Juno G. The Miners*. Congress has appointed, a committee to consider the ;sc heme for restricting the output of coal.'
