Nasrullah Khan, second son of the Ameer of Afghanistan, who is at present on a visit to England, is to be lavishly entertained by. Royalties.. In' company with, the Prince of Wales and the Duke of Cambridge, he was present at tho ceremony of trooping the colours, and expressed himself surprised and delighted at what he had seen. Judge Molesworth has addressed another letter to the Secretary of the Crown Law Department with references'to J. B. Davies’ case. Presuming that the recent censure emanated from the Attorney-General, he says the only excuse for such an offensive and insulting letter^-many of the conclusions in which are entirely false —is that the writer did, not know the facts. His Honor contends that the person by whose authority, the letter was written exceeded all the bounds of decency unless he was in a position to refute all that he (Judge Molesworth) maintains, or that his (Judge Molesworth’s) conduct was such that : he, should be dismissed from office. He claims that he had no intention to asperse Parliament or the Government, and his action was the outcome of growing dissatisfaction among the County Court Judges as a body. THE PACIFIC CABLE.
