Mrs Besant, in a letter to the Daily Chronicle, admits that aTie was deceived by Mr Judge’s alleged messages from the Mahatmas,, and did her best to expose and suppress him.- The American branch of the : Society ought to do the rest, she says. She preferred to suffpr under the charge of fraud rather than divulge private documents.
