The first meeting of the Ocean Beach Domain Board under the Act passed last session was held' to-night. It was pretty evident that the suburban boroughs bed combined to elect a' chairman and they succeeded in patting Mr B. Rutherford in the position, although Mr Fish, who originated the scheme and successfully parsed it" through the "City Council and Parliament, was proposed.
