Berlin, July 20,
The Berliner Tageblatt, referring to tho difficulties with the Ameer of Afghanistan and the Sultan of Morocco, insists that Russia and France should take concerted action to impede the growth of British influence in those countries. (Received July 21, 9 p.m.) Calcutta, July 20.
It is reported that the Hazaras have twice entrapped the Ameer's troops, killing 100.
