(PRR PRESS ASSOCIATION ) Dunedin, June 12. At a conference of delegates from the three suburban boroughs of South Danedin, St. Kilda, and Osversham, interested in the encroachments of the sea at St. Clair and Ocean Beach, it was resolved to engage Mr G. M. Barr to report on the subject, with the remedy and its cost.
