Ladies and Gentleman, — AS two Directors retire from the Board, and their places will have to be filled at the Annual Meeting in May, it rests with you to choose two members to fill the vacancies from among the large number of candidates who have announced their intention to contest the election. Mr Robert J. King and I are the retiring Directors. Mr King courteously informed me that it was not his intention to stand as a candidate, and as I am therefore eligible for re-election I now offer myself for one of the vacant seats.
