SUBSTANTIAL SURPLUS. It may possibly be some days yet before the accounts for the past financial year arc finally made up, and the exact results of the year’s opeiations authoritatively known. We are in a position, however, to sfccito with some confidence that when the figures shall be made pu'dic they will show a clear and indisputable surplus of revenue over expenditure for the financial year amoun'ing to L 116,000.
