NOTICE is hereby given that a petition for winding up the above-named Company by the Supreme Court was, on the 14th day of April instant, presented to his Honor Sir James Prendergast, Knight, Chief Justice of the said Court, by William Cable, c£ the city of Wellington, ironfounder, carrying on business in the said city under the firm or style of William Cable and Company, a creditor of the said Company.
