Marlborough has been scratched for all engagements at the Manawatu B.G. Summer Meeting.

Nelson is doing good work at Elleralie. This morning he was associated with Raglan, and the pair accomplished two circuits on the tan, the last being got over in 2min Isec. Hilda and Balista went twice round on the plough in company, when the latter was pulled off, and she was joined by Teksnm, the pair accomplishing another round in 2min 2seo. Lady Norah went twice round in company with Patchwork, at three-quarter pace. Pretender, who is very fresh, did serviceable work.
The quotations on the Auckland Cup are —3 to 1 Manloa (off), sto 1 Nelson, Lochiel and Hilda (tkn), 8 to 1 British Lion (off), 12 to I Clogs (off), 15 to 1 Antelope and Raglan (off), 100 to 6 Lady Norah and Leorina (off).
The Auckland Racing Club have decided that they will not pass any programmes which clash with the metropolitan fixtures.
