WELLINGTON HARBOR BOARD, THIS IS TO NOTIFY that at a Special Meeting of the Wellington Harbor Board, to be held on THURSDAY, the Bth day of December, at half-past 2 o’clock in the afternoon, certain NEW BY-LAWS will be submitted to such Board for adoption; and, farther, that such proposed new Bylaws have been printed, and lie open for public inspection at the office of the said Board during office hours. The said By-laws relate, amongst other things, to pilots and pilotage, regulations relating to vessels, pilotage rates, harbormaster’s fees, water supplied to shipping, regulations relating to discharging and loading, licenses to vessels and masters, scale of fares, license fees, regulations relating to cargo, wharves, sheds and appliances, regulations relating to vehicles ou wharves, business hours, overtime and holidays, hoists, wharfage, transhipments, Government cargo, storage charges and regulations, extra charges, railway wharf charges, breastwork charges, sheep pens, Queen’s bond charges, Ac., regulations relating to dues, tolls and charges generally, payment of dues, repeal, and penalties.
