Brunner Coal Co, agents. The barquentine May, from Newcastle, which arrived off the Heads on Sunday evening, beat into harbor yesterday morning. The May has taken 15 days to accomplish the passage. She strong southerly winds up to within 200 miles of Cape jFarewell, and thence easterly winds and calms to arrival. She brings a) cargo of coals, and is consigned to Messrs Turnbull and Co. The ss Maori left Greymouth at 10 pm on the 20th inst, and arrived here, after a fine passage, at 7.30 am yesterday. She returned last evening.
