Francis Sidey and Co. sell, at 2 o’clock to-day, medical works and a dozen pair new forceps. The 2.50 p.m. train will not leave Masterton till 4 p.m. to-day, arriving in Wellington at 8.35 p.m. Guningham, Badham, and Co. sell at 10 o’clock to-day, Hobart fruit, ex Waihora. Francis Sidey and Co. sell, at 1 o’clock today, furniture, jewellery, drapery, &o. Laery and Campbell hold their usual market sale at 10 o’clock to-day; and at 2 o’clock, in the yards, Dixon-street, horses and harness. Mr Fitzherbert addresses the electors at Tawa Flat this evening, at 7-o’clock. Opera House.—Mammoth Minstrels. The friends of the lata Robert Young are requested to attend-his funeral this afternoon, at half-past 2 o’clock. The Mammoth Minstrels give a performance this afternoon for children. Messrs Chapman and Fitz Gerald, solicitors, advertise a suburban residence iu Nelson for sale, ■ Theatre Royal.—Working men's free concert. . N. J. Isaacs, proprietor' of the Duke of Edinburgh Hotel, announces a daily lunch from 1 o’clock. Beef-tea from 10 to 12. Mr William Robertson has an announcement to the electors of Wellington East. The friends of the Rev .1. K. Elliott are invited to attend his late wife’s funeral on Monday afternoon, at 3 o’clock.
