The Waihora sailed for Sydney, via Auckland, last night. The ss Maitat arrived hero from Westport at 1.45 am yesterday. She returns to-day. The ss. Maori left Greymouth at 11.30 pm on 26th instant, and arrived here at 8.30 am yesterday. She returns to-day. The ss Wakatu, from Lyttelton, Kaikoura, and Waipapa, arrived here at 7 am'yesterday. She returned last evening. The ss Walhij from Blenheim, arrived here yesterday morning. She returned last night. The tT.S.S, Go’s ss Hawea arrived here at 9.30 last night. She left Ne'aon at 11.30 am, and experienced fresh SK winds and dull cloudy weather to arrival, as above. She sails for Taranaki and Mannkau, with the outward San Francisco mail, at 3 o’clock this afternoon, TheU.S.S. Co’s ss Omapere arrived alongaide the Railway Wharf at 10.30 last night. She left Greymouth at noon on the 27th, and arrived in Nelson at 9.30 am on the 28th; ■ailed again half an hour later, arriving hero as above. She experienced fine weather and smooth sea to Nelson, and from thence to arrival fresh SB winds.
