MEMORANDA.
_ Messrs F. Sidey and Co sell to>day a quantity of jewellery, and the prize yacht Maid of the Mill. Sale at 11 a.m. and Ip.m. It is requested that accounts in connection with the Citizens’ Ball be sent in at once, . H.M.S. Nelson’s Snowflake Minstrels give an entertainment this evening at the Theatre Royal for the benefit of sufferers by the Stratford fire. v ; Mr T. Walker lectures to-night and tomorrow night at the Lyceum. Messrs F. Sidey and Co, sell, to-day at 10 a.m., freit anil produce, and at 2 p.m., horse, cart, harness, buggies, and dog cart. Mr E. Shaw, barrister and solicitor, inserts a card. Hamilton’s ’bus will leave the Government Buildings every morning, beginning on Monday, for Island Bay. The starting hour will be 4 a.m., and the return to town, S a.m. Mr S. Brown, coal merchant, inserts a business notice. The Stormbird will ply to H.M.S. Nelson on Sunday afternoon. A reward is offered for two missing horses.
