E. Towles seconded tho motion, which was adopted. The Chairman, in answer to questions, said that the proposed stipend would come out of the offertories. He saw no reason to doubt that the revenue of the Church would, should tlio synod agree to tho proposition, bo quite sufficient to meet the requirements. A hearty vote of thanks, on the motion of Mr Richardson, seconded by Mr Stains, was accorded to Mrs Bovin, senr., and Messrs Barraml and Pennefathor, for their exertions in decorating the school. The CEiairmain said that Mr Wilson had agreed to continue the office of minister’s churchwarden during tlio term of his ministry. Mr D. Anderson, junr., was again imam* rnonsly appointed parishioners’ churchwarden. The election of the vestry resulted as follows Messrs H. S. McKollar, E. D, Barraud, Captain Hume, Messrs B. Stone, F. W. Pennefather, C. P. Towles, E. B. Browne, and 11. 0. Wilson. Auditors—Messrs E. W. Lowe and Richardson. The proceedings closed with a vote of thanks to the chairman.
