This Company is formed for the purpose of working a goldmining lease of sixteen and a halt acres, situated at West Wanganui, and adjoining the well known Golden Ridge Company’s claim, the last crushing from which gave a yield of 4950 z of gold, of the value of £3 18s per uz, from 250 tons of quartz. The present holders of the property propose to float a Company with a nominal capital of £20,000, in twenty thousand shares of £1 each, of which 10s per share is to be considered as paid up. The promoters retain ten thousand shares, which are to be contributing, and otfer the remaining ten thousand to the public at a bonus of Is per share. The close proximity of the lease to the Golden Ridge Company's mine, which has now been successfully worked for seven years, renders comment npon the investment unnecessary.
