New Zealand Times Office. Thursday morning. Laery and Campbell report that the demand for fruit this week has been brisk, and the consignments ex Arawata were quickly disposed of, and at good prices. Eggs at yesterday’s market sale brought 9d to per dozen ; fresh butter. Is Id to Is 2d per lb * fowls, 4s per pair ; cheese, 9d to 9id. Hans and bacon are in full supply, with a limited demand only. A parcel of Wanganui potatoes sold on the wharf at fss per ton, sacks extra. No alteration la other produce to note. :
