The close proximity of the lease to the Golden Ridge Company’s mine, which has now been successfully worked for seven years, renders comment upon the investment unnecessary. The head-quarters of the Company will be established in W'ellington. As soon as a sufficient number of shares have been applied for, a meeting of Shareholders will be called for the purpose of taking the necessary steps to register the Company, appoint Directors, &c.
