Dalziell to sell by public auction, on the above .date— The CHELTENHAM HOTEL and FREEHOLD LAND, comprising 3 roods 34 perches, being sections Nos. 1,2, 5, and 10, Block I. on the plan of the township of Cheltenham. The Hotel, which is very substantially built and quite new, contains 3 large sitting-rooms, dining-room, bar, and 7 large bedrooms. The township of Cheltenham is situated at the junction of four of the most important roads in the Manawatu county, eight and a half miles from Feilding.
