A Call of 10s. per share will be made upon allotment, and in three months another Call of similar amount may be made. Applications for Shares in New Zealand will be received until Monday, the 23rd day of June next, at the various Branches and Agencies of the National Bank of New Zealand (Limited). Every application must be accompanied by a cash deposit of £1 per Share for the premium, which premium will be returned in full on each Share not allotted, should the demand for shares exceed the number for distribution.
