In anticipation of the difficulty which will probably be experienced by visitors to the ensuing Exhibition, parties who contemplate visiting the Metropolis at that time are advised to communicate at once with Messrs. Brydges & Co., who will secure and guarantee to supply their clients with the accommodation required on receipt of the following information, viz.: Date and duration of intended visit; number and description of persons to be provided for, i.e., extent and class of accommodation required ; and on receipt of this information, accompanied with the fee of £l, immediate arrangements will be made and submitted for approval, and a contract entered into accordingly, without further' charge being made for the transaction of the business by this office. The City Council of Christchurch are prepared to receive DESIGNS for a TOWN HALL and MUNICIPAL OFFICES in accordance with the Conditions and Plan of Site deposited at the Office of the Town Clerk at Dunedin, Auckland, Wellington, Nelson, Hokitika, Oamaru, Timaru, Napier, Wanganui, Invercargill, and Christchurch.
