The County Council guarantees that suitable timber for constructing the bridge may be obtained by the successful tenderer within two miles of the proposed site, subject to tho payment of a royalty of la. per 100 feet super, for all timber used in the structure, and fill, per 100 feet for all waste scantlings necessarily cut m excess of actual requirements for bridge construction.
