These include tbe 15 acres adjoining the residence of Mr. Barton, and extend from the Hutt-road to the land fronting the sea, and forms undoubtedly the most eligible and VALUABLE PORTION OP THE PROPERTY. WORKING MEN’S TRAINS have now commenced running to PETONE, enabling tradesmen to go to and from their work, and henceforth reside on their own FREEHOLD ALLOTMENT at PETONE. City rates and taxes are avoided thereby, and working men’s families can ensure health and pure air in this locality. SPECULATORS are strongly recommended to notice the eligibility of these allotments as an investment. The Government workshops are now started in earnest, as will be apparent on inspection of the costly and extensive machinery now being fitted up on tbe railway reserve at the Petone station. The machinery is well worthy of a visit. PLANS OF THE SECTIONS are being prepared, and will be ready shortly, and in the meantime every information will be given by the Auctioneer ; and on the ground the respective allotments will be shown.
