RIFLE MATCH.—AUDIT V. TREASURY.
Tho above match, between the Audit and Treasury Departments, was fired at Polhill Gully on" Saturday afternoon, and resulted in a victory for the Audit by Gi points. The scores on both sides wore small, but this is not surprising, as with the exception of perhaps one or two in each team, the competitors do not handle a shooting iron from year’s end to year’s end, excepting in their annual match with the rival department. This is the third match between the two departments. The Treasury officers were the winners last year, and the Audit the year previous, so that this makes the second victory to the Audit officials.
