Meetings *63. The Directors shall be at liberty to declare and pay interim dividend during the currency of any year without calling a meeting of Shareholders. *67. Kolice of any dividend that may have been declared shall be advertised in one newspaper, or be given to each Shareholder, or sent to his registered place of abode, and all dividends unclaimed for three years after having been declared may be forfeited by the Directors for the benefit of the Company. *73.
