All objections thereto must be left at the Resident Magistrate’s Court on or before the 15th day of February, addressed to the Assessment Court; and a copy of every such objection must be left at the Corporation Offices not less than seven days before the next sitting of the said Assessment Court. A By-law of the Council of the City of Wellington, made under the Municipal Corporations Act, 1876. In pursuance of the powers vested in them in this behalf the Council of the City of Wellington ordain as follows : Nobwner, driver, or conductor of any licensed carriage shall carry or permit to be , carried in or upon any such carriage any coffin or deceased human body.
