NOTICE is hereby given that application will be made to this honorable Court on TUESDAY, the twenty-first day of January, one thousand eight hundred and seventy-nine, at the hour of twelve o’clock noon, or on the first day thereafter upon which this honorable Court shall sit in bankruptcy, on behalf of the above-named William Dawson and William Robert Williams, the trustees acting under the above-mentioned deed, for a declaration of complete execution of the said abovementioned deed.
