Ships’ Gig Race. —Distance, two miles ; entrance, £1 Is.; Ist prize, Mr. Jacobs’ cup and £10; 2nd prize, £5. Greasy Pole, Duck Hunt, and Tub Races. Time of sailing of each race will be notified in future advertisement. Rules and plana of the various courses can bo obtained from the undersigned on and after Monday, the 13th instant. Entries will close on Thursday evening, tho 16th iust., at the Pier Hotel, at 8 o’clock.
