DUNCAN will sell by public auction, at his new salerooms, Panamastreet, ou Wednesday, 14th inst., at 2 o clock precisely— The unexpired term of the lease of the Waihenga Hotel, having 20.1 years to run, at a moderate rent, together with a paddock of 10 acres for same term. Also, lease of 71 acres, opposite the. hotel, for 10 years, and 10-acre paddock, securely fenced, at Waihenga Township.
