DIVORCE COURT.

(Before their Honors the Chief Justice, Mr. Justice Johnston, Mr. Justice Williams, and Mr. Justice Gillies.) The full Court for the trial of causes under the Divorce and Matrimonial Act sat as [above at 11 o’clock. CHANT V. GRANT AND BETHELL. Mr. Bell moved, on behalf of the petitioner, that the decree nisi in this cause should be made absolute. The decree was made absolute in terms of the motion. THOMAS V. THOMAS AND HAYES. Mr. Bell moved, on behalf of the petitioner, that the decree nisi in this cause should bo made absolute. The decree was made absolute in terms of the motion. SMITH V. SMITH AND KINO. Mr. Travers moved, on behalf of the petitioner, that the decree nisi in this cause should be made absolute. The decree was made absolute m terms of the motion. Mr. Bell applied, on behalf of Mr. Barton, that the cases of Forrest v. Forrest; on behalf of Mr. Stafford, that the case of Stanley v. Stanley ; and for himself that the case of Cann v. Cann and Howard, should be placed at the bottom of the cause list. Applications granted. GRACE V. GRACE AND AREPATA TE NGAHOA.

Dr. Duller moved for a decree for a dissolution of marriage in this case on evidence previously taken before his Honor Mr. Justice Gillies, and the issues submitted to and findings of the jury thereon. The petitioner was examined at length in support of his ease. In consequence of a difficulty arising as to the proof of service of the copy of petition npon the Solicitor-General, as required’ by the statute, their Honors adjourned the case until next day, Dr. Buffer in the meantime to prepare an affidavit of such service.

GRANT V. GRANT AND OHALLENDER. ; This was a petition by the husband fora dissolution of marriage. Mr. Allan appearing for the petitioner. ■ . The petitioner, Detective Jeffreys, of Auckland, and Mr. Thomson, of Kaiwarra, were examined in support of the petition. The Court granted a decree nisi without costs. CAMERON V. CAIIEEON. _ ' This was the wife’s petition for a dissolution of marriage in consequence of certain criminal proceedings previously 7 published. Mr. Allen appeared for the petitioner, who was, together with P. C. Ryan, of Forirua, examined iu support of the case." The Court granted a decree nisi. ■ The Court then adjourned until 11 o’clock next day. .
