I HEREBY give notice that under a writ of fieri facias, duly issued out of the Supreme Court, at the suit of Christopher Potts, of Tauherenikau, I have taken-in execution the equity of redemption of Cecil Augustus Curtis, of the City of Wellington, schoolmaster, in all that parcel of land, being part of section numbered 126 on the official map or plan of the City of Wellington, commencing at the north-western comer of the said section, and extending thence in an easterly direction, and having a frontage on Ingestre-street of 69 feet and 7 inches, and extending back from Ingestre-street aforesaid in a southerly direction a distance of 84 feet, and forming a rectangular block, the western boundary of which coincides with the western boundary of the said section No. 126 ; and that I intend to cause the same to be sold at the auction rooms in Hunter-street, in the City of Wellington, of Mr. J.
