NOTICE is hereby given that I, the abovenamed Joseph Bowater, have this dayfiled in the office of the Supreme Court, at Wellington, a declaration that I am unable to meet my engagements with my creditors, and that the Registrar of the said Court has appointed TUESDAY, the twenty-first day of NOVEMBER, 1876, at the Supreme Court House, Wellington, at eleven o’clock in the forenoon, for holding a first meeting of my creditors.
