Electing a Director to fill the seat, vacant by the resignation of Boulton Molineaux, Esq. 2. Considering the following resolution, to be proposed by the Honorable Alexander Campbell That the following resolutions, passed at the 25th Annual Meeting? -viz.:— 1. “ That it is the opinion of this meeting alphabetical lists of the policyholders of this Society, qualified to vote on the first day of March in each year, showing the number of votes held by each member, should be prepared and exhibited at the Principal Office of the Society, from the 31st March ensuing, until the completion of the list for tbs following year, and such list shall be open to the inspection of alb' members during the , usual office hours of the Society. 2. “ That any candidate or candidates for the offices of director or auditor (being duly qualified) be permitted to make extracts from or copies of such lists for their use at any election or elections of the Society. 3. “ That the directors be pleased to give effect in due course to the foregoing resolutions”— he now rescinded. Candidates for the seat vacant at the Board of Directors are required to give notice to the Board or to the Secretary thirty clear days before the meeting.
