Gifford, Esq., from the celebrated imported Suffolk Punch sire, “Punch,” out of the pure bred dam, “Mary Douglas.” This horse is considered by competent judges, both here and in the Province of Marlborough, to be the finest horse of the breed ever imported. Jock will stand at the following places ; Albion Hotel, Taita ; Family Hotel, Lower Hutt; Johnsonville, Porirua, Pahautanui. Terms—Single Mare, £3 ; reduction made for two or more mares.
