XT OTICE is hereby given that a Sitting of the Supreme Court, for the despatch of Civil and Criminal business, will be hohlen at the Court House, in the Provincial Government Buildings at Wellington, on Wednesday, the Ist June next, at Ten o'clock in the forenoon, at which time and place all persons under recognizance to appear as prosecutors, defendants, or witnesses, are required to give their attendance.
