VALUABLE FREEHOLD LAND, SHEEP AND SHEEP RUN. FOR SALE, AT RANGITIKEI. For, Sale by Private Contract, About 1,500 acres of freehold LAND, and a SHEEP RUN, with 5,000 SHEEP (more or less) depasturing thereon, situated nt Lake Alice, Rangitikei. There are erected on the Freehold Land an excellent House quite new, consisting of seven Booms ready furnished, with a Store-Room attached; a large Woolshed and Shearing Rooms, Sheep Pens, Men's Hutt, &c. There are also an excellent Garden, and a Sheep Paddock close fenced, of about 100 acres, which is laid down with English Grasses. On the Lake there is ft Canoe and every requisite convenience for washing the Sheep at Shearing lime. Delivery can be given after the shearing of the Sheep is completed, which will be in all December next.
