A report of the proceedings of the Resident Magistrate s Court, at the monthly sittings under the Magistrate’s Extension Act, will be found in our present number. We intend in future to publish a report of these monthly sittings, and with the commencement of the new year to furnish reports of the proceedings of the Resident Magistrate’s Court.
