ALLEN Ims received instructions from the Assignees in the above Estate, to sell by public auction, on Thursday next, 19th November, at his Mart, opposite the Custom Mouse, rpi-IE HOUSE and BUILDINGS situated at Clive Town, Napier, and known as the Settlers' Hotel. The same is at present in the occupation of a respectable tenant at the moderate rent of £7O per annum. The land upon which the Building stands has been estimated by the Government at £lOO, and which sum will be added to the upset price when Clive Town is offered for sale by the Provincial Government. This is a most eligible Property, being convenient to the Ferry,andon the high road to the interior. Also the Framework of a Vessel of about 100 tons, now on the stocks at Napier. Its dimen. sions arc —length of‘keel 58 feet, breadth of beam 18 feet, depth of hold 8 feet, length over all 72 feet, with poop deck; one side is plank, ed up, the other about half way ; the whole built of seasoned Matai; the requisite spars, which are in the rough, to be included.
