On Bombay, Calcutta, Madras, Ceylon, Hong Kong, Singapore, Mauritius, Melbourne, Sydney, and Auckland, at rates which may be learned on application at the Corporation’s office, Lombard street. The Corporation purchase or collect Bills pavable in Europe, or in Bombay, Calcutta, Madras, Cevlon,Hong Kong. Singapore, Mauritius, Melbourne, Sydnev, or Auckland. The Corporation also discount or make advances on approved Private Bills and Notes pavable in Wellington. Cash Credits are granted on adequate personal security being found. The Corporation collect Bi’ls, Drafts, &c., payable in Wellington; take charge of Government and other securities, and realize interest and dividends for constituents. The Corporation receive deposits on the following terms:— Ist, Current deposit accounts, on which no charge for Commission or otherwise is made, and no interest allowed. Cheques and Pass Books are supplied by the Corporation free of charge. 2nd, Fixed Deposits, subject to notice of withdrawal, on which interest is allowed at the following rates: If payable on 3 months’ notice per cent, per annum » 0 n 3 ’’ 1 - » ‘i Notice of withdrawal may always be given at the time of depositing.
