ALLEN has received instructions from the Assignees in tho above Estate, to sell bypublic auction, on Thursday next, 19th November, at his Mart, opposite the Custom . House, THE HOUSE and BUILDINGS situated at Clive Town, Napier, and known as the Settlers’ Hotel. The same is at present in the occupation of a respectable tenant at the moderate rent of £7O per annum. The land upon which the Building stands has been esti mated by the Government at £lOO, and which sum will be added to the upset price when Clive Town is offered for sale by the Provincial Government. This is a mosteligiblo Property, being convenient to the Ferry, and on the high road to tho interior. Also the Framework of a Vessel of about 100 tons, now on the stocks at Napier.
