The undersigned having been appointed Agents, are empowered to arrange with settlers to bring out their friends from England, on more favourable terms than has ever yet been offered by any other Line. RED BUOY is laid down in three fathoms water on the northern extreme of a rock situated about a cable’s length to the north-westward of Point Jerningham. Vessels entering or quitting the Harbor should not approach the Buoy nearer than one hundred yards, and not attempt to pass between it and the Point, as there are detached rocks in the passage nearly dry at low water.
